Important: Please read all warranty requirements before purchase. Warranty coverage is subject to proper use, maintenance, and adherence to charging guidelines.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Battery cell failures under normal use
- BMS malfunctions
What's Not Covered:
- Physical damage or water damage beyond IPX6 rating
- Improper charging or storage
- Normal capacity degradation over time
IMPORTANT:
Warranty coverage applies only if the product has been installed correctly and safely by a qualified e-bike technician, electrician, or experienced mechanic.Incorrect installation, wiring errors, or mixing parts with third-party components is not supported and voids warranty. Do not operate kits in heavy rain or wet conditions. Products are not fully waterproof.
We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, damage, or faults caused during installation.
Customers accept full responsibility for safe installation and setup when choosing to install a kit themselves.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a DIY product, and any issues caused by user error, improper installation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
Please Note: If the product is not installed by a qualified e-bike technician, licensed auto electrician, or other certified professional, the warranty will be void. If claiming under warranty proof of installment by a qualified e-bike technician, licensed auto electrician, or other certified professional, must be provided. Such as an invoice or a statement from the installer.
