Our IP54 water- and dust-proof battery design: Helps reduce overheating by sealing out dust and splashing water. Warranty coverage applies only if the product has been installed correctly and safely by a qualified e-bike technician, electrician, or experienced mechanic.Incorrect installation, wiring errors, or mixing parts with third-party components is not supported and voids warranty. Do not operate kits in heavy rain or wet conditions. Products are not fully waterproof.
We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, damage, or faults caused during installation.
