Our IP54 water- and dust-proof battery design: Helps reduce overheating by sealing out dust and splashing water. Dust buildup traps heat and restricts airflow, leading to higher internal temperatures. By keeping internal components clean and dry, IP54 allows heat to dissipate more efficiently and safely.

What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Battery cell failures under normal use
- BMS malfunctions
What's Not Covered:
- Physical damage or water damage beyond IPX6 rating
- Improper charging or storage
- Normal capacity degradation over time
IMPORTANT:
Warranty coverage applies only if the product has been installed correctly and safely by a qualified e-bike technician, electrician, or experienced mechanic.Incorrect installation, wiring errors, or mixing parts with third-party components is not supported and voids warranty. Do not operate kits in heavy rain or wet conditions. Products are not fully waterproof.
We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, damage, or faults caused during installation.
